Shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the Company's integrated
annual report for the year ended 30 June 2025 has been made available on the Company's website at
https://ascendishealth.com/investor-relations/ as of today, 24 October 2025.
Shareholders should note that the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2025 were released on SENS on 4 September 2025 and are available on the Company's
website and on the JSE cloudlink.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company's notice of annual general meeting will be
distributed to Shareholders in due course.
