BUSINESS UPDATE: MATERIAL CONTRACTUAL DISPUTE
Further to the SENS announcement dated 22 April 2025, and subsequent announcements regarding
the material contractual dispute ("Dispute") relating to a manufacturing and technology agreement
with a contract manufacturing customer for mRNA products, shareholders are advised that the Dispute
has been settled on the basis that the counterparty will pay Aspen an amount of EUR 25 million (circa
ZAR 500 million) before 1 December 2025, in full and final settlement.
