Holders of the Satrix IFR securities are referrred ot the announcement released on 3 September 2025, with regard to the
special distribution. The Manager and Trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being Satrix Managers (RF) (Pty)
Limited and Standard Chartered Bank), respectively, have declared no distribution to holders of Satrix IFR securities
('investors') recorded in the register on Thursday, 13 November 2025 in respect of the month ending 31 October 2025. No
distribution has been declared as the fund had negative accrued income as of 31 October 2025.
