CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Mr Raj Nana, the Company's chief financial officer, has
resigned with effect from 31 January 2026.
The Board thanks Raj for his valuable contribution to Attacq over the last 12 years and wishes him well in his
future endeavours. The Board is currently considering the optimal succession plan and will publish an
announcement in respect of Raj's replacement in due course. Raj and the executive team will ensure a
smooth transition over the next three months.
