In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of the

These transactions by associates of CH Wiese and JD Wiese are intra-group transactions, and there has been no change to the
ultimate beneficial ownership of the shares subject to the transactions (the ultimate shareholder being the Christo Wiese Family
Trust).
Information relating to the directors and the associates of the directors:
1. Name of directors: CH Wiese and JD Wiese
Type of directors: Non-executive directors (JD Wiese alternate to CH Wiese)
Name of associate: Quelia Capital (Pty) Ltd ("Quelia")
Relationship: CH Wiese and JD Wiese are both indirect beneficial owners of Quelia, through an
ultimate holding company.
Nature of transactions: Sale (off market)
Class of security: Collins ordinary shares
Nature of interest: Indirect beneficial
