TRADING STATEMENT
RMH has adopted net asset value ("NAV") per share as its benchmark for trading statement purposes, in line
with the provisions of paragraph 3.4(b)(vi) of the JSE Listings Requirements. In accordance with paragraph
3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, RMH is required to inform shareholders when it is reasonably certain
that this benchmark will differ by more than 20% compared to the previous corresponding period, which in this
case is 30 September 2024.
In accordance with IAS 36 – Impairment of Assets, investments are required to be assessed for impairment
annually or whenever there is an indication that the carrying amount may not be recoverable. During the current
reporting period, such an indicator was identified in respect of RMH's investment in Atterbury Property Holdings
Proprietary Limited ("Atterbury"). Management performed an impairment assessment and determined that
the recoverable amount was lower than the carrying value, resulting in an impairment being recognised in
accordance with IAS 36. This impairment should not be interpreted as a reflection of the underlying operational
performance of Atterbury.
Disclosure in respect of this impairment, along with all other relevant information, will be provided in RMH's
reviewed condensed results for the year ended 30 September 2025. These results are expected to be released
on or about 8 December 2025.
RMH provides the following guidance to its shareholders regarding its NAV benchmark for the 12 months
ended 30 September 2025:
