AVAILABILITY OF THE STAND ALONE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Further to the SENS announcement released today, 12 November 2025, confirming the availability of
the Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the Notice of AGM as well as the B-BBEE Certificate and
B-BBEE Compliance Report, shareholders are advised that the stand alone audited Annual Financial
Statements for the Company for the year ended 31 August 2025 ("AFS") are also available
at https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2025/jse/isse/PPE/PGAFS2025.pdf in addition to the Company
website at: https://www.purplegroup.co.za/our-financials.html.
The AFS have been audited by the Company's auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated, who expressed an
unmodified audit opinion thereon, which opinion is included in the AFS.
