2025 regarding the conversion ratio announcement, Satrix Managers (RF)
Pty Ltd hereby announce the final issue price.
Issued securities and listing
The Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) will issue 1 076
158(One million Seventy Six thousand One hundred and Fifty Eight)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of R93.4481 (9344.81 cents)
per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 13 November 2025.
