Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 November 2025 in relation to the
appointment of Dr Tebogo Makube ("Dr Makube") to the board of directors of IDC.
The Issuer wishes to notify the noteholders that the previous announcement omitted the disclosure of the
director's capacity. Please note that Dr Makube was appointed as a non-executive director.
