AMENDMENT TO FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED CREDIT RATINGS
On 18 November 2025, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) raised the bank's long-term global scale rating to BB from BB- and the
long-term national scale rating to zaAAA from zaAA+ with the outlook remaining positive. S&P also affirmed the short-term
global scale rating at B and the short-term national scale rating at zaA-1+.
