CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
Toyota Financial Services hereby advises noteholders that Mr Tateyuki Sawada, the newly appointed deputy
chief executive officer of Toyota Financial Services Europe & Africa region, has been appointed as a non-
executive director of the Issuer, with effect from 26 November 2025, in order to fill a vacancy on the Issuer's
board following the resignation of Mr Shingo Kato.
The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr Sawada was made in accordance with the Issuer's nomination
policy.
