Annual Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Compliance Report
Shareholders are advised that Zeda's B-BBEE verification process for the year ended 30 September
2025 has been completed. Zeda has secured a Level 1 B-BBEE rating. This is an improvement from
last year's Level 2. Zeda's major subsidiaries retained their competitive Level 1 B-BBEE ratings. The
relevant subsidiaries are:
• Zeda Car Leasing Proprietary Limited, trading as Avis Fleet; and
• Zenith Car Rental Proprietary Limited, trading as Avis Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, and Avis
Car Sales.
In accordance with paragraph 16.21 (g) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notice is hereby
given that the Company´s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the BEE Act, has
been published and is available on the Company´s website at https://zeda.co.za/sustainability/bbbee-
certificates/
