Notice of availability of interim financial statements
Eskom hereby notifies its noteholders that it has publicly released its unaudited interim financial
statements for the six months ended 30 September 2025 ("Interim Financial Statements") which
have been prepared in accordance with IAS34.
The interim financial statements and commentary on business performance are available on the
Eskom website at https://www.eskom.co.za/investors/integrated-results/ and for inspection at Eskom's
registered office at 2 Maxwell Drive, Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, Johannesburg, 2157.
