RESULTS OF ACCELERATED BOOK BUILD
As regards the capital raise announced on 1 December 2025, Equites will issue 41 299 540 new Equites shares
in terms of the Company's existing general authority to issue shares for cash, at a price of R17.25 per share,
which is a 1.32% discount to the 30-day volume weighted average price per Equites share of R17.48 per share.
The book was oversubscribed at this level.
The capital raised of R712 417 065 will be invested in the pipeline of development opportunities detailed in
the trading update published on 1 December 2025.
Subject to approval by the JSE, listing and trading of the new Equites shares is expected to commence at 09:00
on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.
