Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 09 December 2025 regarding the results
of the private placement for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the listing of the portfolio on 11 December 2025.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix Global Prop ETF will issue 404 081 (Four hundred and Four thousand and Eighty One) securities
to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price
of approximately R37.74 per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
