Listing of additional NewWave Silver Notes
Following subscription in respect of 4,800,000 Silver Notes, an additional 4,800,000 Silver Notes have
been issued and listed on the JSE from commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R13.20 per additional Silver Note.
After the additional issue, there will be 158,554,452 Silver Notes in issue.
