LISTING OF THE SATRIX STOXX EUROPE 600 FEEDER ETF ("THE PORTFOLIO")
Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 regarding the results
of the Initial Public Offering for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby
announce the listing of the portfolio on 19 February 2026.
Issued securities and listing
Satrix Europe ETF will issue 477 519 (Four hundred and Seventy Seven thousand Five hundred and
Nineteen) securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of the JSE Limited,
at an issue price of approximately R56.75 per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 19 February
2026.
For every one Letter of Allocation ("LA") held, an investor will receive 0.01762 STXEUR shares.
