NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN THE PROGRAMME SIZE

The Issuer hereby notifies Noteholders that the aggregate nominal amount of Notes capable of being issued 
under the Standard Bank Group Limited Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, dated 13 November 2025 ("DMTN Programme") 
has been increased from ZAR50,000,000,000 (fifty billion rand) to ZAR100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion rand), with 
effect from 19 February 2026. All references to the previous programme amount in the Programme Memorandum and any related
transaction documents should be read as amended accordingly.
