Redemption Announcement - "SBEN46"
Holders of the listed SBEN46 Equity Index Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on 24 February 2026 are informed
that the level of the index was determined and calculated on 19
February 2026 as 123,182.50.
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
1. Holders will receive on 24 February 2026 an amount of
147,643.97203 South African cents per Note.
2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
on 24 February 2026, the Notes (SBEN46) will be de-listed
from the JSE on 25 February 2026.
