CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of
paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
change to the JSE Board ("Board").
Mr Ben Kruger will retire from the Board at the JSE's annual general
meeting to be held on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, having served for eight
years as a non-executive director. Mr Kruger will relinquish his
responsibilities as lead independent director, chairman of the Group
Investment Committee and member of the Group Risk Management, Group
Remuneration and Group Nominations & Governance Committees.
The Board extends its grateful thanks to Mr Kruger for his extensive
contribution, unstinting service and wise counsel during his tenure.
