1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 17 March 2026, issued an additional 50,000 1nvestGold
debentures at an approximate issue price of R860.5081 per additional 1nvestGold debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 482.539 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 2,818,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 27,216.869 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
