The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 1 000 000 FNB MidCap ETF securities, at an
issue price of R11.0244 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Thursday 19 March
2026. Subsequent to this listing, there will be 69 352 103 FNB MidCap ETF securities in issue.
