Redemption Announcement - "SBEN53"
Holders of the listed SBEN53 Equity Share Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on 20 April 2026 are informed that
the level of the Share Closing Price was determined and
calculated on 07 April 2026 as 26 441 South African cents per
share.
Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:
1. Holders will receive on 20 April 2026 an amount of
94 460.33500 South African cents per Note.
2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
on 20 April 2026, the Notes (SBEN53) will be de-listed from
the JSE on 21 April 2026.
