LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXLVL SECURITIES
SATRIXLVL has issued and listed an additional 500 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R15.32 per security. Following the listing of
the 500 000 securities, there will be 2 590 796 SATRIXLVL securities
in issue.
