debentures at an approximate issue price of R1,632.4965 per additional 1nvestRhodium debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 593.881 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
After the additional issue, there will be 861,805 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 7,902.486 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
