NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN DEBT SPONSOR
Noteholders are advised of the termination of Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank
Limited ("Nedbank"), as debt sponsor to Resilient, with effect from 22 June 2026.
The termination follows a review of the Company's sponsor arrangements aimed at streamlining and enhancing
operational efficiencies. In this regard, Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary Limited, the Company's
current equity sponsor, will assume the role of debt sponsor with effect from 23 June 2026.
The Company thanks Nedbank for its services as debt sponsor.
