The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spólka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw (the
"Company"), pursuant to Article 395 and Article 399 §1 in conjunction with Articles 402(1) and 402(2) of the
Commercial Companies Code (the "CCC") convenes the Annual General Meeting of the Company
(the "General Meeting") for 19 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (Warsaw Time – UTC+2) to be held in Warsaw
at Airport Hotel Okecie przy ul. Komitetu Obrony Robotników 24.
