RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcements published on SENS on 13 November, 5 December and 18
December 2003, Java Capital is authorised to announce that at the general
meeting of Prima unitholders held on Monday, 12 January 2004, convened in terms
of the notice of meeting contained in the circular dated 19 December 2003 (the
"circular"), unitholders passed the ordinary resolutions for the acquisition of
property letting businesses from Resilient Property Fund Limited, Hyprop
Investments Limited, Redefine Income Fund Limited and Corpcapital Limited
(collectively, the "acquisitions") and the special resolutions authorising the
general issue of units for cash and the specific issue of units for cash in
settlement of the promoter"s fee.
All conditions relating to the acquisitions have been fulfilled and the
properties acquired in terms of the acquisitions and those acquired in terms of
the minor acquisitions referred to in the circular (collectively, "the
properties") will be transferred to Prima in the relevant Deeds Registries as
soon as possible.
The Prima units to be issued in consideration for the acquisitions and the minor
acquisitions will be listed on the JSE when all of the properties have been
transferred into the name of Prima.
