TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
It is expected that the results of the group for the year ending 31 December
2003 will show a substantial improvement on the audited results of the previous
comparative period, being the 12 months ended 31 December 2002. The word
substantial in this context is defined as meaning a difference greater than 30%.
The improved results are due partially to a 10% increase in turnover, but mainly
to lower overheads arising from the significant restructuring and from improved
performance efficiencies.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed nor reported on by the group"s auditors. Shareholders are therefore
advised to exercise caution when dealing in Pasdec securities until the
publication of its results in early February 2004.
