In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of Kagiso
Media announces that Mr Omar Essack has joined the board as executive director
responsible in particular for the Company"s broadcasting assets, with immediate
effect. Mr Essack was the CEO of East Coast Radio (Pty) Limited, one of the
Company"s subsidiaries, for the past six years and brings a wealth of hands-on
broadcasting experience to the head-office team. Mr Essack"s position at East
Coast Radio (Pty) Limited has been filled by Ms Trish Taylor, previously the
sales director at the station.
