Election of new Chairman
In our 2003 Annual Report we have announced that Mr R C Andersen was elected as
Chairman by the Board on 27 August 2003, which election would be with effect
from 1 January 2004, following the retirement of Mr D C Brink on 31 December
2003.
Shareholders are advised that Mr D C Brink has retired with effect from
31 December 2003 and that Mr R C Andersen"s election took effect from 1 January
2004.
