CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings
Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a listed
company, notification is given that Mr Reuel Khoza has resigned as a non-
executive director of SAIL Group Limited Board with immediate effect.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Sam Nematwerani has resigned as an
alternate director to Mr Reuel Khoza on the SAIL Board with immediate effect.
