"Following on from the cautionary announcement of Tuesday, 13 January 2004,
Altech is tentatively scheduling, for the release on SENS, of a more detailed
announcement relating to the negotiations mentioned there in on Wednesday 21
January 2004 at approximately 2pm, should the discussions concerned have reached
the level at which further disclosure of information is required. A presentation
to shareholders and analysts has been provisionally scheduled thereafter. All
relevant information, including any presentation, will be made available
