Introduction
Comparex shareholders are referred to the announcement published in the press on
10 November 2003 informing shareholders of the merger of Comparex Africa (Pty)
Limited, a subsidiary of Comparex, and Business Connexion Solutions Holdings
(Pty) Limited, a subsidiary of BCI, ("the merger"), subject to the fulfilment of
certain conditions precedent.
2.Fulfilment of conditions precedent
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that all the conditions
precedent to the merger have now been fulfilled, including unconditional
approval for the merger from the Competition Authorities.
The effective date of the merger is 2 January 2004.
