CHANGE IN SALIENT DATES OF THE CLAWBACK-OFFER
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement made on 18 November 2003
advising of the terms and conditions and salient dates of the clawback offer to
AProp linked unitholders (the "clawback offer").
Due to delays in the finalisation of the annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2003, which were posted to linked unitholders on 24 December
2003, and the concomitant delays in the approvals by certain of the regulators,
the circular to linked unitholders has been delayed. These delays have resulted
in the salient dates published on 18 November 2003 no longer being achievable.
A-Prop will publish an announcement, on the Securities Exchange News Service of
the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa and in the press, with the new salient
dates once it has received the requisite regulatory approvals.
Linked unitholders are further advised that the claw-back offer will provide for
the right to subscribe for 34,86 new A-Prop linked units for every 100 A-Prop
linked units held.
