APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors,
notification is hereby given that Mr Willie Kruger (42) has been appointed as an
executive Director of MICCPROP with effect from today, 16 January 2004. He has
also been appointed as chairman of MICCPROP"s Audit Committee.
Mr Kruger"s qualifications and experience are as follows:
Qualifications: BCom, LLB, BCom Accounting (Hons), MLB
Experience: He is a qualified attorney and chartered accountant. He was
a member of the Executive and Management Committees of Real Africa Holdings
Limited ("Real Africa"). He was also a non-executive director of a number of
companies within the Real Africa Group. He is currently a shareholder and
director of a number of private companies.
