Bridge Capital Services (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce that at the
general meeting of Kairos shareholders held on Friday, 16 January 2004,
shareholders voted in favour of the resolutions to approve the acquisition by
the company of the brick-making business of T Torre Brickworks (Pty) Limited as
a going concern ("the acquisition"). There are various outstanding conditions
precedent for the acquisition and shareholders will be notified once these
conditions have been fulfilled.
