FURTHER JOINT CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the joint cautionary announcement dated 5 December 2003, shareholders
of Square One and Labat are advised that the companies are still in discussion,
which may have an effect on the prices at which the Square One and Labat shares
trade on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.
Until such time as a detailed announcement is published, Square One and Labat
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in these
companies" shares.
