Withdrawal of Cautionary Announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 12 December 2003 whereby
shareholders were advised that negotiations were taking place with Daun & Cie AG
("the Daun Group") regarding the potential listing of certain of the Daun
Group"s investments through Glodina. These negotiations have been terminated
but might be resumed later in the year.
Shareholders are therefore advised that caution is no longer required when
dealing in their Glodina shares and the cautionary announcement is hereby
withdrawn.
