NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Shareholders are advised that following the conclusion of an external audit tender
process, and upon the recommendation of the Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company appoints Deloitte & Touche as
the Independent Registered External Auditor of Datatec Limited and its subsidiaries
("the Group") for the year ending 28 February 2027, to replace
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who were the auditors for the year ended 28 February
2026.
The Individual Registered Auditor who will undertake the audit for the Group during
the financial year ending 28 February 2027 is Mark Rayfield.
The change in auditors was initiated by the Company on a voluntary basis with the
objective of reducing audit related costs and enhancing alignment with the
Company's international operation and reporting requirements.
Shareholders will be requested to approve the above appointment at the Company's
next annual general meeting (the "2026 AGM"), details of which will be
communicated to shareholders in due course.
