CHANGE TO IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES
As indicated in the circular to Aplitec shareholders dated 17 November 2003, the
important dates and times are dependent on the fulfilment or waiver of all the
suspensive conditions. It is now anticipated that the outstanding regulatory and
other suspensive conditions will be fulfilled during March/April 2004. Aplitec
shareholders will be advised of the revised dates and times closer to that time.
