Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 28 July 2003, 8
September 2003 and 30 October 2003 which advised that Impala Platinum Holdings
Limited is involved in discussions pertaining to its shareholding in the Company
which may have a material impact on the price at which shares in the Company
trade.
As such discussions are still in progress, shareholders are urged to continue to
exercise caution in their dealings in the Company"s shares until such time as a
further announcement is made.
