RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that at the annual general
meeting of Primedia Ordinary and "N" shareholders held on Thursday, 22 January
2004, approval was received for the passing of all the ordinary resolutions
proposed thereat, with the exception of the special resolution granting a
general authority to the company to repurchase its Ordinary and "N" shares,
which was withdrawn.
