RESULTS OF THE OFFER TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that the holders of 4 899 535 ordinary shares in CCN
accepted the voluntary offer from the Company to acquire their shares in terms
of the voluntary offer as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 24
November 2003.
Accordingly, CCN will apply to the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa to
cancel the above shares with effect from the close of business on Friday, 30
January 2004 ("the cancellation"). Subsequent to the cancellation CCN will have
46 586 646 ordinary shares of 0.2 cent each in issue.
