CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Solcor Capital (Pty) Ltd is authorised to announce that discussions have
commenced with Cycad"s major shareholders in connection with the proposed
delisting of Cycad from the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.
Discussions have also commenced with an existing shareholder with a view to
underwriting a cash offer to shareholders who do not wish to hold shares in the
unlisted company. The cash offer is expected to approximate current trading
levels.
Discussions are expected to be concluded in the next two weeks. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company"s
securities until a full announcement is made.
