ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE INITIAL DISTRIBUTION AND TERMINATION OF LISTING
THE INITIAL DISTRIBUTION
Shareholders are referred to the circular to shareholders dated 17 November 2003
and the Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") announcement dated Tuesday, 9
December 2003 and are advised that the initial distribution of 13 cents per AOH
share, as approved at the shareholders" meeting held on 9 December 2003, is
still subject to the refund, in terms of a deposit arrangement, of R 1 000 000
cash to AOH. The board anticipates receiving the R 1 000 000 shortly.
AOH shareholders will be advised of the last day to trade, record date and
payment date accordingly.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF AOH"S LISTING
A further announcement will be published on SENS and in the press confirming the
date of the suspension and termination of listing.
