APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ms Nonhlanhla Sylvia Mjoli-Mncube has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director to the board of Capitec with effect from 26 January 2004.
Ms Mjoli-Mncube (45 years old) obtained a Masters in City and Regional Planning
from the University of Cape Town in 1985 as well as various diplomas and
certificates from Harvard and Warwick Universities. She was an executive
director of the National Urban Reconstruction and Housing Agency and other
building companies, and has extensive business experience.
