The JSE Securities Exchange South Africa ("the JSE") wishes to advise that, as a
result of the above mentioned companies" failure to comply with JSE"s Listings
Requirements by not submitting their annual financial statements timeously,
their listings have been suspended with immediate effect, pending the convening
of a special meeting of the JSE to consider the continued suspensions or
termination of their listings.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
