Changes to Board of Alexander Forbes Limited
Alexander Forbes today announced the resignation of Graeme Kerrigan as non-
executive Chairman. He will be replaced by Paul Heinamann, who has been a non-
executive director since 1998 and has previously served as non-executive
Chairman.
Alexander Forbes further announced the appointment of John Robins as Deputy
Chairman. Robins is based in the UK and has served as a non-executive director
since 2002.
Kerrigan cited personal reasons for his resignation and said that he believed
the leadership transition at Alexander Forbes was now complete. Rael Gordon,
former CEO of subsidiary Investment Solutions, took over from Kerrigan as Group
Chief Executive of Alexander Forbes in January 2003.
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Graeme for his valuable
contribution to the Group over the past years" said Gordon.
He concluded that he looked forward to working with Paul Heinamann and John
Robins in their new roles, together with the other members of the board.
