Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors of a listed
company, notification is given that Messrs P Bartlett, R du Toit and B van den
Berg have resigned as directors of EOH effective from 30 January 2004.
Shareholders are further advised that Messrs J King and D Ramoo have been
appointed as executive directors to EOH with effect from 30 January 2004.
